Nearly 20 years after their Grammy®-winning collaboration, drugstore Live at Manchester Craftsmen’s Guild, The Count Basie Orchestra and New York Voices unite again to combine the best of the big band and vocal jazz idioms. Formed in 1935 by Count Basie, the orchestra has helped to define the big band sound and has won 17 Grammy Awards®. The orchestra will be joined by New York Voices, a Grammy®-winning vocal ensemble renowned for their excellence in jazz and the art of group singing.
